Newbury planting design

This is a courtyard garden for a modern town house for a busy and active family.  They wanted the ease of a lawnless garden for entertaining combined with bright colours and plants that are attractive to wildlife.  After consulting with Lotus Design the clients instructed the developers as to the layout for the garden.  I then worked with the client on moodboards and a final planting plan incorporating hot colours, and evergreen plants for structure.  Although much of the planting is perennial, it is still low maintenance.
